Writer Yoon Taeho looked back on the days when he struggles with debt.

On the episode of TV Chosun's 'Huh Young Man's Food Travel' that aired on the 10th, writer Yoon Taeho, known for 'Misaeng,' 'Inside Men,' and 'Low Life,' traveled to Boseong with Huh Youngman.

During this episode, Huh Youngman asked him, "Between 'Misaeng' and 'Low Life,' which one do you consider your representative work?"

In response, Yoon Taeho answered, "'Misaeng.' I especially like the character Chief Oh, played by actor Lee Sungmin."

Looking back on the difficult times before he gained fame as a writer, he said, "I've been married for 27 years now, but for the first three or four years of marriage, my annual income was only around 10 to 15 million KRW."

He explained that a lot of time passed after marriage because he kept waiting for an opportunity to serialize his work in the media outlet he wanted. He expressed his regret, saying, "Later, I learned that my wife had been secretly borrowing money from her family without me knowing."

He continued, "After printing the 'Misaeng' volumes, I brought money home to my wife." When Huh Youngman asked, "What was your wife's expression back then?" he replied, "At first, we were just too busy focusing on paying off the debts. Later, when 'Misaeng' was adapted into a drama, we all watched it together while grilling beef at home."

'Huh Young Man's Food Travel' airs every Sunday at 7.50 PM (KST).
