Oh My Girl's Mimi reveals her shocking eating habits.

In episode 10 of MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View' that is scheduled to be released at 5 PM (KST) on the 25th, endocrinologist Woo Changyoon will appear as a guest.

Ji Sukjin began the conversation by asking, "How long do you want to live?" to which Mimi answered, "I want to live for as long as my strength allows. Wonderful things keep coming out in the world, don't they? I think I'd be so upset if I died without experiencing them." Meanwhile, Ji Sukjin, who turns 60 this year, reveals his strong desire for a long life, saying, "I really want to live past 120."

Dr. Woo Changyoon explained, "Our understanding of aging and lifespan is becoming deeper as the time passes by. We need to prepare for the future now," while introducing the recently popular concept of 'well-aging.' He explained that while the concept of 'anti-aging' in the past focused on fearing and preventing aging, 'well-aging' is about naturally accepting the aging process while maintaining bodily functions as much as possible. In particular, he emphasized, "Aging is deeply connected to inflammation," and shared special tips for reducing inflammation.

Mimi's shocking eating habits were also revealed. She confessed, "As soon as I wake up, I eat ice cream. I usually eat two or three at once," showing her extraordinary love for ice cream. Dr. Woo Changyoon warned, "Eating sweet foods immediately after waking up can stimulate the body as strongly as smoking or drinking alcohol," but Mimi responded, "I eat it for my own happiness and mental health."

Dr. Woo Changyoon continued offering realistic health advice. In particular, he stressed the importance of protein intake, saying, "Consuming high amounts of protein promotes the release of hormones that suppress appetite after meals."

Ji Sukjin revealed that he has been eating tomato soup every morning for the past three years as part of his health routine, but then drew laughter as he unexpectedly confessed, "I eat boiled eggs with coffee at night. It makes me really happy." In response, Dr. Woo Changyoon joked, "I think I could extend your lifespan by 10 years."

On the 24th, tvN's 'You Quiz on the Block' released a preview video titled, "Lee Joon secretly lived in the school practice room to avoid cockroaches when he was in high school."

Lee Joon, who graduated from the dance department at Seoul Arts High School, shared that he practically lived inside the practice room. He explained, "There were long lockers big enough for someone to fit in. I would hide in one, and after the security guard finished patrolling and locked the building, I would come out," adding, "A practice room with all the lights off is really scary. I practiced dancing there and even slept there too."

Lee Joon explained there was a reason he spent his school years pushing himself through intense dance practies and staying overnight at school. He said, "At the time, my family was going through severe financial difficultes. Our house was infested with cockroaches." He continued, "One habit I still can't get rid of is that even now, whenever I sleep somewhere else like on '2 Days 1 Night,' I always lift the pillow to check underneath it first. Back then, every single time I lifted the pillow, there would be four cockroaches underneath, and whenever I went to brush my teeth in the bathroom, there would even be cockroaches crawling on the bristles of my toothbrush."

Lee Joon added, "The house I used to live in is still there. Sometimes I visit it, and it feels like I've returned to those days. Then when I come back home, my current house is so nice that it feels incredibly strange. It makes me feel like I haven't changed much from back then, but at the same time, I realize I'm now living with and receiving so many things."

Meanwhile, the episode of tvn's 'You Quiz on the Block' featuring Lee Joon is scheduled to air on the 27th at 8.45 PM (KST).
