Noh Seulbi, a contestant of Disney+ variety show 'Battle of Fates,' personally addressed the misunderstandings surrounding her tattoo.

On the 18th, Noh Seulbi shared on her social media, "In Korea, I receive a lot of misunderstandings and criticism because of my tattoos." Regarding the large tattoo behind her collarbone, she explained, "It's not just a simple tattoo. It's a cover-up." She added, "The father of my child, who is currently in prison, forced me to get his name tattooed. I got this tattoo to cover that up. It's painful, but at the same time, I accept it as a part of my life."

Previously, Noh Seulbi drew attention after posting photos of herself in a

tank top and swimsuit with the caption, "Stretch marks are traces of giving birth and the evidence that made me stronger." As interest in her tattoos grew, she seems to have decided to directly explain the background through this post.

Noh Seulbi's story had been previously shared on TV. In 2023, she appeared on MBN's 'Teenage Parents,' where she opened up about her experiences of school violence, domestic abuse, and having an unwanted pregnancy at the age of 19. At the time, she revealed that she had been gaslighted by a man under the guise of 'fate,' and later suffered through violence, infidelity, and threats.

Specifically, it was reported that the man refused contraception, leading to the pregnancy, and continued his abusive behavior and unreasonable demands even after she gave birth. After the divorce, he allegedly made the shocking demand for Noh Seulbi to report their daughter as deceased.

Currently, Noh Seulbi is raising her daughter alone and is now working as a shaman after receiving her spiritual calling. Recently, she has been gaining public attention through her appearance on Disney+ 'Battle of Fates,' a survival variety show where 49 fortune tellers compete through various missions.

'MZ Shaman' Noh Seulbi was left stunned when an opponent correctly guessed her health issue during a shaman survival match. She also recalled painful memories of her late father, bringing tears to the viewers' eyes.

In the episode of Disney+’s 'Battle of Fates 49' released on the 18th, a one-on-one 'Fortune Reading Battle' took place between the 5-year-of-experience shaman Noh Seulbi and 13-year-of-experience shaman Jiseon Doryeong. While speaking about Noh Seulbi's past, Jiseon Doryeong suddenly mentioned her 'left breast.' Noh Seulbi later revealed, "I actually had a tumor in my left breast. I was shocked because I never wrote down that information anywhere," sending chills through the studio.

During the reading, Noh Seulbi's painful family history was revisited. Having suffered through forced pregnancy, abuse, and gaslighting at the age of 19, Noh Seulbi shared, "My mother was gentle, but my father was very obsessive toward me." She drew sympathy when she revealed that the day of the recording was actually the anniversary of her father's death.

The tension between the two shamans was very high. When Noh Seulbi pointed out Jiseon Doryeong's nervousness by asking, "Wasn't it hard receiving a 'divine calling' at such a young age?" Jiseon Doryeong responded sharply, "Look at yourself first before pushing others. Do not look down on me." In an interview, Jiseon Doryeong added, "Noh Seulbi's words were too aggressive," increasing the tension on set.

Noh Seulbi, who previously revealed she received 'divine calling' after enduring verbal abuse from her ex-husband, including being told to report their daughter as dead, is showing fortune-telling skills that go beyond her limits in every episode. Viewers are sending support with comments like, "Noh Seulbi's life is like a movie," and "I hope she overcomes her past pain and wins."

"He refused using protection, claiming to be infertile" ... Shaman Noh Seulbi was forced to be pregnant at 19

The shocking past of 'MZ Shaman' Noh Seulbi, who is showing outstanding fortune-telling skills on Disney+ 'Battle of Fates 49,' is breaking the viewers' hearts as its being revisited.

Recently on 'Battle of Fates 49,' Noh Seulbi drew attention for her remarkable abilities, including being able to accurately guess the cause of death by only using the birth dates of the deceased with no ritual tools at all. However, behind her extraordinary spiritual power, there was a tragic pain she had to endure at the young age of 19.

According to what she previously revealed on MBN's 'Teenage Parents' and Channel S' 'Sisters Attack,' Noh Seulbi suffered from school violence and domestic abuse during her high school days. At the time, she met a man who offered her free face readings through the internet. The man, who was also a shaman, manipulated the 19-year-old Noh Seulbi by gaslighting her, saying, "If you don't marry me, your father will kill you." This led her to run away from home and start living together with him.

Even more shocking was the man's cruel behavior. He claimed to be infertile and refused using protection, which led to Noh Seulbi becoming pregnant against her will. After she gave birth, their relationship fell apart because he cheated on her and was abusive. It was even revealed that after their divorce, he called her and demanded her to report their daughter to be dead, an inhumane request that shocked both the cast and viewers.

Eventually, Noh Seulbi stood on her own while raising her daughter, Da-on. Later, she received a 'divine calling' and became a shaman. Overcoming her painful past and standing strong for the sake of her daughter, Noh Seulbi is now starting a new chapter in her life as a 'skilled shaman' participating in a shaman survival show. Additionally, in the episode set to be released on the 18th, the show teases a forbidden match where shamans read each other's fates, drawing attention to the next miracle she will show.
