A stated, "I was so drunk that I barely remember, but it felt like I was being dragged and followed into the hotel. The next day, I woke up naked with Choi Jonghoon lying next to me. A first contacted lawyer Bang Jung-hyun, who reported the incident, specifying the date and location of the incident. As a result, it was confirmed that there was one recorded audio file and six photos in the group chat from that time.
Jung and Choi were found guilty of the charges of group rape. However, Kim and Heo were found innocent because the evidence against them consisted solely of group chat conversations.

In January 2016, in Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, Mr. Kwon sexually assaulted another woman who was in a state of incapacity, to the extent she urinated on the floor, because the woman he initially intended to assault vomited severely on the bed.
