South Korea’s famous 'Chungju City PR Man,' Kim Seontae, met Sullyoon, known as one of K-Pop's top visuals, at the headquarters of JYP Entertainment and created a legendary exchange full of playful teasing.

On the 15th, a video titled 'Promoting Sullyoon' was uploaded to Kim Seontae’s YouTube channel, featuring Sullyoon as a guest.

When asked whether there was any member she felt jealous of, she paused for a moment to think. Kim Seontae joked, “So basically there isn’t one, right?” Sullyoon flusteredly replied, "No, I was actually debating about who to choose. I could honestly name every member.”

Kim Seontae then asked, "Who improved the fastest during trainee days?" Sullyoon answered, "Everyone except me."

In response, Kim Seontae joked, "Maybe that means you never really had to feel rushed. There was no need to run anyway, because everyone had to match your pace," making everyone laugh.

Kim Seontae further joked, saying, "From what I see, the other members were the ones at a disadvantage. Like if they asked, 'Why haven’t we debuted yet?' the company would answer, 'Wait. Sullyoon is still catching up.'"

That day, Sullyoon also promoted NMIXX’s 5th mini-album title track, 'Heavy Serenade,' which was released on the 11th. She described it as a song that begins with a dreamy intro before exploding into a powerful rock sound. She then performed part of the song live on the spot. After hearing her unique vocal tone and live singing skills firsthand, Kim Seontae dropped his joking attitude and showed genuine admiration, further raising anticipation for the new song.

Actress Gong Seungyeon looked back on her time spending seven years as a trainee under SM Entertainment.

Singer and actor Kim Jaejoong (40) shared that his nephew recently had a baby, making him the first K-Pop idol to officially become a 'K-Grandfather.'

On the episode of KBS2's 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' that aired on the 15th, Kim Jaejoong invited his close friends Choi Jinhyuk, Yoon Shiyoon, and Yoo Seonho to his family home and prepared them a nourishing meal. While talking to his mother during the cooking, Kim Jaejoong revealed the news by saying, "My nephew had a baby. That means I have my first grandchild now, right?"

Kim Jaejoong had previously shared the news of his nephew's pregnancy a year ago through 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant.' On this day, he excitedly said, "I've finally become a grandfather. It feels realy strange." Jo Jungsuk opened up about his second daughter, who was born in January this year.

On 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' actor Yoon Shiyoon revealed that his mother is the reason he hasn't gotten married yet. 

On the episode of KBS2's 'Stars' Top Recipe at Fun-Staurant' that aired on the 15th, Kim Jaejoong invited his close friends Choi Jinhyuk, Yoon Shiyoon, and Yoo Seonho to his house, where they ended up talking about marriage. 

That day, Kim Jaejoong, Yoon Shiyoon, and Choi Jinhyuk attracted attention for all being born in 1986. However, since Yoon Shiyoon was born in September, he naturally addressed Kim Jaejoong and Choi Jinhyuk as 'Hyung.' Even when Kim Jaejoong said, "You can speak casually to us," Yoon Shiyoon firmly replied, "In social life, it's more beneficial to be the younger one," causing everyone to burst into laughter. 

The conversation naturally shifted to marriage. Choi Jinhyuk confessed, "My mom doesn't pressure me to get married, but she nags me about everything else," before adding, "I think she dislikes it when I have a girlfriend. It feels like she actually doesn't want me to get married."

Kim Jaejoong commented, "If you live with your mom, you can't date, and if you don't date, you can't get married. Moms are like bunkers." Choi Jinhyuk strongly agreed, "It's really hard to date."

Yoon Shiyoon, who had previously stated that he has no plans to marry within the next four years, also agreed, saying, "My mom tells me to get married, but deep down I think she hates the idea too." He especially surprised everyone by sharing a story from a past date with an ex-girlfriend. 

Yoon Shiyoon explained, "A long time ago, I was riding in my mom's car to go on a date with my girlfriend. I asked her to drop me off in the station, but she just drove right past the station."

He continued, "When I said, 'Mom, I told you to drop me off,' she suddenly shouted, 'I don't know!' while gripping the steering wheel and crying uncontrollably," making everyone burst into laughter. 

After hearing the story, Kim Jaejoong asked, "So, you're basically saying that you're not getting married because of your mother?" and Yoon Shiyoon jokingly but honestly replied, "Honestly, yes. My mother is the reason I can't get married." 

Choi Jinhyuk also agreed, saying, "That's honestly a huge reason for me too." Since both Yoon Shiyoon and Choi Jinhyuk are only sons, Yoon Shiyoon analyzed, "It's because mothers see their sons as the only person they can rely on," drawing even more laughter.

Recently, through the fan communication platform Bubble, Joy explained, "I'm learning pet grooming because I want to do volunteer work in the future. Meanwhile, Red Velvet's Joy and singer Crush have been publicly dating since 2021. The two reportedly formed a connection and became close while working for 'Mayday,' which was released in May 2020.

SHINee’s Minho (Choi Minho) has revealed his impressive physical state, showing off a body fat percentage of just 10%.

On the 13th, Minho’s personal YouTube channel featured a video titled "The shocking physical condition of someone who doesn't diet. Minho's checkup results revealed." The video shows Minho visiting Dr. Woo Changyoon, a well-known member of the Youtube channel 'Doctor Friends,' to get a medical evaluation.

Minho explained his reason for visiting the hospital to get an accurate body measurement, saying, "I haven't trained hard for about a month. I lost my motivation. Between SHINee concerts, variety shows appearances, and filming for YouTube, staying in shape hasn't been easy. I felt I needed a moment of self-reflection."

As he underwent his first detailed measurement beyond a basic InBody scan, Minho was surprised by the changes in his body, noting, "My body fat increased, even though my weight dropped." Despite his concerns, his physical condition remained excellent with at a height of 183cm and a weight of 70.4kg.

Reviewing the results, Dr. Woo Changyoon was amazed, saying, "His waist is remarkably thin. Additionally, the muscular symmetry in his legs is incredible. A difference of less than 1cm is considered balanced, but Minho’s difference is only 0.2cm. His legs are extremely well-balanced."

The doctor further clarified, "You know the body fat shown on standard InBody scans? Compared to a DEXA scan, there’s usually about a 4% difference. InBody measurements tend to come out 3-4% lower. On the DEXA, Minho’s body fat is exactly 10%, which is the ideal range.”

In particular, the doctor was impressed, saying, "When we look at the fat distribution and muscle mass, his visceral fat is so low it's almost unmeasurable. I've never seen a male physique like this. His visceral fat level is basically negligible. It's technically just the amount physiologically necessary to protect his organs. Metabolically, he is extremely healthy. His body is very efficient at burning fat for energy. Even the small amount of fat he has is metabolically active fat."

Minho's muscle mass ranked in the top 30% and his grip strength in the top 25%. Dr. Woo praised him, stating, "This is a very ideal male body type. With broad shoulders and chest, a lean lower abdomen, strong thighs, and slim calves, he has a beautiful inverted triangle silhouette," adding, "His body is very beautiful."

However, Dr. Woo also cautioned Minho about his diet. Minho admitted, “I usually skip breakfast and just eat lunch and dinner without a specific diet. Yesterday, I had pizza and then makguksu (NB: buckwheat noodles) for dinner," showing that the source of his energy mainly comes from carbs. Dr. Woo responded, "Carbs are basically the source of energy, but your body cannot create protein on its own. While eating a lot of carbs doesn't necessarily destroy muscle, you can't build muscle if there's no protein. That is likely why your muscle gains haven't reflected the intensity of your training," and suggested, "Try adding two eggs to every meal to boost protein intake without adding extra carbohydrates."

Reagrding Minho's overall health, Dr. Woo emphasized, "While we usually aim for a health score of 65, Minho scored a 69. I rarely see a number that high. It is essentially a perfect score for long-term health and longevity."
