Uncle Samsik

It was highly anticipated because it's Song Kangho's first drama and it had 40 B KRW production budget. However, it hasn't shown any significant metrics or received notable achievements after its release.

theqoo

-I want to watch it because people say it's fun, but I'm hesitant to subscribe to Disney+. I'm thinking of subscribing once all the episodes are out.

-I just can't bring myself to subscribe to Disney+. It doesn't appeal to me.

-It looks interesting just from the picture.

-Boring.

-I didn't even know it was airing. This is the first time I'm hearing about it.

-Oh, when does it air?

-If it were on Netflix, I would have at least tried watching it.

-It's because it's on Disney+...

-I found out about it from this post. I haven't seen any promotion for it.

-I stopped watching halfway...

-Oh, this is the first time I'm hearing about this drama.

-I'm tired of seeing Song Kang-ho. All his roles feel the same, so I'm not excited anymore.

-Disney+ doesn't seem to be popular in our country.

Highly anticipated drama that don't generate much buzz once released

She's currently starring in 'The Atypical Family' along with Moon Woojin, whom she had already worked with when she was younger.

theqoo

-So-yi is the future of Korean dramas.

-She really acts well.

-She looks like Park Ji-bin.

-When did she grow up so much!!!

-I love her so much ㅠㅠㅠ She's so beautiful ㅠㅠ

-So-yi, this auntie is always cheering for you!

-So-yi is so cute.

-I'm really enjoying watching her in 'The Atypical Family'

-She's so pretty, isn't she? I hope she grows up to be an even better actress in the future

-The future of Korean dramas is bright.... ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

-She grew up so well...

-She's the nation's younger sister,,,

-How does she grow up without any change in her eye-nose-mouth ratio? It's amazing.

-Her eyes are so pretty.

-How much more beautiful will she grow up to beㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-I was really surprised by how well she acted in 'The Atypical Family'

-She's still a babyㅎㅎ

-Wow, Eunwoo is a real superstar.

-Wow, his popularity is insane.

-I heard he's very popular in South America.

-I heard 'True Beauty' was a huge hit in South America.

-'True Beauty' is hugely popular overseas, especially in Mexico. ASTRO is also very popular there.

-Mexican people, Cha Eunwoo is great, isn't he?

-I knew he was popular in Japan and Southeast Asia, but wow, this is something.

-He became a national treasure with his face.

-Wow, that's crazy.

-It's fascinating.

-He's like a Hollywood star, dang.

-Wow, there are so many people.

-Conquering the world with his looks.

-He's recognized as a cultural asset of Korea.

-He's the prince of South Korea.

How many actors' development journeys should viewers watch? Why do viewers need to watch actors' development journeys?

theqoo

-The entertainment industry is not a field where skills naturally lead to success.

-I don't think there are many famous female actors who actually are really good at acting.

-Wow, I totally agree.

-That applies not only to the entertainment industry but also to other fields. If you're good-looking, no matter what you do, you get more opportunities. It's dirty, but that's reality.

-Ah, there's one actor that comes to mind right now. He rose to fame after playing minor roles well, but afterward, he only gets lead roles and can't act well.

-Seriously, start from small roles and gradually move up.

-But seriously, why do they keep getting cast?

-Why is this happening? Is it because of the ratings? Or because of the sponsorship deals bringing in more support for the production team?

-Why do they practice by starring in a drama?

-It's impressive how some people get to have good opportunities with their looks or popularity and earn money easily. I'm so jealous of them.

-Nowadays, there are not many good male actors. They're just becoming taller on average but are not good at acting... Female actors are relatively better.

-Celebrities have it easy!!

-It's a sad reality.

-Recently, there was another male actor who became popular but couldn't act well either.

Why do viewers need to watch actors' development journeys?

The reason I broke up is simple. While we were dating, she sent me a message saying, 'Yeonjun-ah, I love you.' I figured it was meant for her friends. I wanted to contact her at 11:30 PM because I missed her, but when I opened the DM, she had sent a video of another guy, saying 'Yeonjun-ah, I love you.' Who would want to get married under those circumstances? Even if I wanted to respect her, I realized that she’s not someone who fits with my personal beliefs, so I broke up with her. She publicly posted about me on Instagram, but behind the scenes, she’s sending DMs to her friends saying she loves another guy. That day, I got annoyed and went to a club. Now, I’m eating Philly cheesesteak.

Hyeji: "Yeonjun, I love you."

Thugmin: "Honey, let’s break up. This isn’t right. You love Yeonjun, so let’s end it.

Caption: I’m a romantic. I personally don’t need a girl who easily says 'I love you' to another guy. I want to experience true love and dedicate myself to one person.

Hyeji: Youngmin-ah, I’m sorry. You told me you didn’t like it, and I messed up. I sincerely promise it won’t happen again. I’ll be careful even in chats you don’t see and when you’re not around. I was too simple-minded and didn’t think it through...

Thugmin: No, just go ahead. I’m deleting your number. Live simply, the way you want. That’s your happiness. I’m leaving to find my happiness. I don’t want to see you anymore.

Caption: Saying you love a celebrity isn’t wrong. It’s just that it makes me compare myself and feel bad, so even after I told you how I felt, you kept sending those messages to your friends. I can’t think about doing anything together anymore.

Hyeji (The girlfriend)'s Instagram story

Yes, I'm that person who broke up because of TXT's Yeonjun. I felt hurt and didn’t understand why he viewed an idol as my romantic interest, but I sincerely apologized out of respect for the person I loved. But to me, it was shocking that this was the reason for breaking up after a year of talking about marriage.

Summary:

a. Thugmin, a CEO of the clothing brand posted on Instagram about breaking up with his girlfriend.

b. The reason for the breakup was that his girlfriend mistakenly sent him a message meant for her friends, saying she loved TXT’s Yeonjun along with a reels of Yeonjun.

c. The girlfriend confirmed that they broke up because of TXT’s Yeonjun.

This is currently being retweeted over 20,000 times on Twitter.

-Yeonjun saved someone’s life.

-He's immature

-Liking pretty things is human nature. Has this guy never liked a celebrity? Non-fans can’t understand how it's like to be a fan. Breaking up is better for her mental health.

-I really thought this was a meme.

-I can understand why he'd want to break up over that, but it's very childish of him to post it publicly like this.

-Thumbs up Yeonjun❤️, you really saved someone's life.

-If he's never been a fan of an idol, I can understand why he acted like that. But it's very embarrassing of him to expose everything like that. I mean... If my boyfriend suddenly said, 'Yujin-ah, I love you', I'd want to watch what he's watching too...

-Breaking up because she said 'I love you' to a celebrity is understandable. Documenting it and posting it on Instagram? Not so much.

-If the man I was going to marry sent messages like that, I’d be really upset and want to break up too.

-I wonder why he thought it was a good idea to post it on Instagram...

-It’s like saying 'I love you, Fu Bao.'

-What a petty guy

-Good for her.

The reason I broke up is simple. While we were dating, she sent me a message saying, 'Yeonjun-ah, I love you.'

It's been so long since I took the subway that when I went to the subway station earlier, it was very easy. So I think I could go around more often. Everyone was just looking at their phones or walking while looking at the ground.

theqoo

-I once went to see a musical and saw Seohyun, but no one acted like they recognized her. She seemed to be there with her mom, and they were standing in line for the bathroom, but everyone pretended not to know. I think people are careful not to cause chaos in crowded placesㅋㅋㅋ

-Even if people recognize her, they might pretend not to out of politeness, or just think she looks a lot like Taeyeon.

-Even if people recognize her, they might hesitate to approach her, thinking it would be uncomfortable for her and could attract a crowd.

-Would anyone think Taeyeon is taking the subway? They’d just think she looks a lot like her. Even if they recognize her, they wouldn’t approach her because it might attract attention and disturb her.

-People would just glance at her and text their friends about itㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-People aren’t as interested in others as you might think.

-People pretend not to know on purpose.

-I would just think she looks like Taeyeon.

-Honestly, people don’t really look at others’ faces. Since Taeyeon is petite, that might be part of it. If she were taller, people might notice her more.

-Even if people recognize her, they keep their distance to respect her personal space.

-Some people are just completely uninterested in others. I once didn’t recognize a famous female celebrity who passed right by me until my sister pointed her out.

-People only care about their phones and finding an empty seatㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-People wouldn’t think Taeyeon is taking the subway, so they’d just think she looks like Taeyeonㅋㅋㅋㅋ

-Even if I recognize her, I wouldn’t have the courage to talk to herㅋㅋㅋㅋ

Taeyeon took the subway and no one recognized her

Many say the designs lack effort

-It really seems like BTS would be better off leaving HYBE.

-This isn't about taste or aesthetics. It's about effort and integrity. How can a company release such low-quality merchandise and expect it to sell well?

-They keep doing this because there are still people who buy it.

-I'm glad I left the fandom.

-Do they not have a design team? If people don't buy this stuff, maybe they'll stop making it.

-They put less and less effort into it each time.

-Are they testing how many hardcore fans will still buy it? I wouldn't take it even if it were free.

-If this is what they consider effort, then the designer should find another career.

-It's ugly and overpriced.

-Is HYBE relying on BTS's popularity to sell this stuff? They should treat them better.

-It's terrible.

-It's not just ugly, it lacks effort.

-They really see fans as ATMs.

-What a rip-off.

-Even at half the price, it wouldn't be worth it.

-It looks like something only foreign fans would buy.

-HYBE really doesn't care about BTS or ARMY.

-No effort at all.

-What is this... I'm not buying it, HYBE.

-The company is encouraging us to boycott. The design is awful.

-They had plenty of time to prepare for Festa, which happens every year. How could they come up with such lazy logo merchandise? I'm not buying it.

Jang Doyeon: So... this is hypothetical! When you pass away, what would you like to say to the people who miss you?

Park Bogum: To those who miss me? 'Thank you! You're doing great!' Words of encouragement, I guess? And... 'Thank you for liking me...'

Jang Doyeon: I made a deer cry... But you usually express yourself well... Because people usually cry when they can't express an emotion and regret "Why couldn't I express it." But Bogum, you're doing so well in expressing yourself to everyone right now, so why...

Park Bogum: No, there are times when I can't express myself, and there are times when I can't. Just imagining, if my AI was created and talked to people who miss me, I would say thank you for liking me until now. What about you, Sunbae-nim?

Jang Doyeon: I think it would be different for each person... If it's close friends, I think I'd tell them not to forget me. 'Set an alarm and think of me once a week! So I won't feel hurt~' And to my family... ㅠㅠㅠ I'd probably joke around. 'Actually, I'm not dead!~'

Park Bo-gum: That's even sadderㅠㅠㅠ

theqoo

-ㅠㅠㅠㅠ I cried while watching itㅠㅠㅠ Park Bogum seems like a really nice person..

-Oh my, I'm crying tooㅠㅠ

-Why is this so sadㅠㅠ

-Stop cryingㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-Even the production staff are cryingㅠ

-Why am I crying?ㅋㅋㅋㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-This is so sad.. I'm tearing up too

-Oh, he's so sweet

-Just imagining that situation alone makes me tear up ㅠㅠ

-Bogum, why are you crying.. sweetie ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-Bogumㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

-Ohㅠㅠㅠ This is sad...

-I'm going to watch the movie, Bogumㅠㅠㅜㅜㅠ

Park Bogum and Jang Doyeon cried in the latest episode of Salon Drip

On the 4th, SM Ent.'s stock price plummeted just before the market closed, leading investors to speculate on the reasons behind the drop. Some are guessing that it might be due to rumors circulating online.

On this day, SM Ent.'s stock closed at 81,900 KRW. The stock started steady, rising by as much as 1.91% before sharply declining around 3 PM, at one point dropping to 80,500 KRW (-9.75%).

Previously, on the 28th of last month, HYBE disclosed that they had sold SM stocks worth 68.4 billion KRW through a block deal, which caused SM Ent.'s stock price to fall by 4.63% the following day.

Following the stock drop on the 4th, investors in SM Ent. stocks reacted with comments like, “What’s going on all of a sudden?” and “The company needs to take action quickly.”

theqoo

-Do you really think the stock drops because of that?

-What kind of rumor is it??

-Huh? Because of what rumor?

-It's such an obvious fake rumor, and the stock drops because of that???

-The stock drops because of a rumor... That's nonsense.

-Is there something going on?

-The rumor is really serious, shouldn't they make a statement quickly?

-What rumor? Am I the only one who doesn't know?

-What rumor? It seems like everyone knows except me.

-No way the stock drops because of that.

-The stock drops that much because of that?

-No wayㅋㅋㅋㅋ The stock can't drop 8% because of such a rumor....

-Theqoo is the only online community that is not talking about the rumor. It's spreading a lot elsewhere.

-Damn, I'm always the last to know...

-What's going on? Let me know too.

-I just went on Twitter and it was the first thing I saw (I don't even follow idol stuff).

-But if it really is just a rumor, they shouldn't just sit back and do nothing.

-There are people who believe that..??

-What kind of rumor could make it drop this much...

-Just make a statement, seriously, it’s so frustrating.

-If you go on Twitter, it pops up on your timeline right away. If they don't clarify, it's going to be a big deal. If it's a rumor, they need to address it quickly and sue the person who spread it.

Is it because of the rumors? SM Ent.'s stock price dropped by 8%, investors demand SM Ent. to respond quickly to the rumors
