You may think that they're only making this remake of a hit song because they're from SM Ent. But honestly, releasing a remake of a hit song doesn't guarantee success at all. In fact, there are some cases where singers get hate for 'damaging' the original songs. I think they won #1 because they were able to put in their own color and rearranged the song nicely.
They're the 3rd boy group to win #1 after Melon music chart was reset, congratulations.

5. [+77][-7] In case there are people who think they rank high because it's a remake song: 1. The side-tracks also rank freaking high (By 12PM, they rank #4 in Top 100) 2. In order to get the privilege of having those seniors, they have to join SM and debut through their own effort first 3. Out of all the other groups, they were the one that gets Candy and that's because of their own effort too 4. They wouldn't be able to get the public attention if their rank in the chart is low
