Oh My Girl's Mimi reveals her shocking eating habits.

In episode 10 of MBC's 'Omniscient Interfering View' that is scheduled to be released at 5 PM (KST) on the 25th, endocrinologist Woo Changyoon will appear as a guest.

We need to prepare for the future now," while introducing the recently popular concept of 'well-aging.' He explained that while the concept of 'anti-aging' in the past focused on fearing and preventing aging, 'well-aging' is about naturally accepting the aging process while maintaining bodily functions as much as possible. In particular, he emphasized, "Aging is deeply connected to inflammation," and shared special tips for reducing inflammation.

Mimi's shocking eating habits were also revealed. She confessed, "As soon as I wake up, I eat ice cream. I usually eat two or three at once," showing her extraordinary love for ice cream. Dr. Woo Changyoon warned, "Eating sweet foods immediately after waking up can stimulate the body as strongly as smoking or drinking alcohol," but Mimi responded, "I eat it for my own happiness and mental health."
